All custom orders are processed with care and typically take 7-21 business days to complete before shipping. Production times may vary based on order size, design complexity, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

WM Screen Printing & Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand by our quality and workmanship. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Cancellations & Order Changes

Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once production has begun. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
